Objective 1 To continue to provide high quality PE teaching across the school and enhancing the skills of teachers by training and working alongside professional sports coaches. Objective 2 To offer the children a wide range of competitive sports both within and out of school. Objective 3 To provide enhanced CPD opportunities to improve the quality of learning and teaching. Objective 4 To provide a wide range of apparatus within our activity packs, providing children with equipment that they can use for development of both skills and fitness. Objective 5 To offer children the opportunity to participate in enriched sporting activities. |

Their lessons are not stopped once they able to swim 25 metres, they are pushed to reach their full potential and develop new skills. At Mile Cross Primary we believe that it is important that all our pupils are taught the importance of leading a healthy and active life. We believe PE and sport plays an important part in children’s lives helping them to be fit, healthy and to develop confidence, determination and resilience. At Mile Cross we offer pupils opportunities to participate in a range of sports and competitions. We are committed to providing every child with the opportunity to access an enriched P.E curriculum where we work as one. Delivering high quality P.E lessons helps us to work as one to progress, achieve and excel through sport. |
